 Approval of Minutes

The February minutes were reviewed and approved.

 Reports of Officers and Committees

Antonio Rosales, President: Absent.

 oe Verdu, Vice-president: Absent.

Luis Medina, Scheduler & Webmaster: Schedule is posted on web site. Got an email that Wilson Ranch not open yet. Will see if they’ll open by the 15th otherwise we have to move the games to Wiseman.

Brian Aicega, Treasurer: Balance $1330 before any teams fees from this year deposited. Will deposit checks this week. No news on Galvin yet, have to book that.

Dave Wilson, Registrar: Took final submissions from managers. If he doesn’t have anything, he’ll contact the manager. Or contact him. If he can’t meet with you, he’ll mail it to you. Make sure forms are filled out correctly.

Disciplinary Committee: Brian has one for Sonoma United and one for Shockers. Will hold on to cards until fees are collected. Brian will send e-mail to Dave and to managers of teams so they know to pay or drop the player.

Old Business

Margie Brady-Long asked about cards that were used in Fall league. Need to talk to Antonio. Antonio not here, don’t know results of ballots. But Luis says all passed. Nets: Prices… about $50.00. Table until next meeting when the budget will be done. Have about 7 volunteers so far willing to donate their nets.

 New Business

Rolf talked to ref coordinator for the high schools. They use a database system for refs and we are welcome to join. Refs would look at the site and ask to ref our games. They’d sign up through the web. They have a good pool of experienced refs. They request games, Hector says yes or no, confirms with ref. Refs, after game, log back on, give score, and then we have a running total at end of year. Cost about $100 to get hooked up. They would help us get set up. We’d pay refs  twice per season, or however we decide. Rolf will invite Steve to come out to meeting next week to talk to everyone. Approved $100 fee 12-0.

Filed lining. Renegades and Millwall to split Galvin. FU and Habs to split Forestville. Antonio needs to coordinate with women’s league. Initial marking to happen when the fields are ready. Table dates until next meeting.

Meeting Adjourned at 7:25 p.m.

Next scheduled meeting: Sunday April 6th at the Round Table Pizza on Marlow (at Guerneville Road, in the Safeway shopping center) at 6:30 p.m.
