Minutes
of Meeting—May 1st 2005 President Justin Connor called the meeting to order at 6:35
p.m. at Round Table Pizza on Marlow Road. Teams Present Present:
Anarchy, Black Oaks, Empire F.C., Forestville Kixx, Forestville United,
Habaneros, Just for Fun, Maximum Force, Outer Limits, Outsiders, Shockers,
Sonoma Mercury, Sonoma United Approval of Minutes The April minutes were approved. Reports of Officers
and Committees Justin Connor,
President: Nothing to report. Antonio Rosales,
Vice President: Nothing to report. Tony Mazzola,
Treasurer: Balance of $8474 in account. Has paid for Galvin field,
insurance, prepaid phone bill, paid Luis Medina for web site. Dave Wilson,
Registrar: Laminating machine is very slow. The women’s league has a
better system but it takes several weeks to make the cards. Dave says next year
he will look at the “tape” option, which is easier. Can do a different color
tape for each year. Rolf recommended that captains take pics of their team
members with a digital camera and then maintain and update the database
year-to-year. Kara Gilman, Field
Coordinator: Forestville field is open and most fields have been mowed. Brian Peddinghaus,
Referee Coordinator: Got six more refs. Suggested maybe raising their pay by
$5-10/game to make sure we keep the good ones for next year. Continue to send all ref forms to: Brain Peddinghaus 10482 River Drive Forestville, CA 95436 Old Business Kick Around is still scheduled for Memorial Day. June 25th is reserved for make-up games. That
will be the last weekend of the season. Investor’s Trust tourney still on for second week in
July. Might do 6 Marin teams and 6 Sonoma teams. Managers should let Antonio
know if their teams will participate. Rolf had no luck getting info on the Fort Bragg tourney. New Business Make-up games should be scheduled by managers throughout
the season. Call Brian Peddinghaus to line up a referee. Please contact Dave Wilson re: ongoing registration
